Im not sure i can disclose her full name legally, but Sandra is her first name. In January when me and my friend moved into her 2 bedroom basement suite she seemed really nice, but shortly after we realized we would not enjoy living there. Sandra smokes pot in the house, fire alarms downstairs are powered by dead batteries, she never answers the door when we knock, and she comes down whenever we are loud and screams at us. usually around 10 pm she starts stomping around finally when we wrote her a letter about our concerns, such as windows SEALED shut that DO NOT open, exposed wires, a strange pipe in my bed room we discovered that is held tight with an old wrench. She FLIPPED out at us she knocked on the door screaming about how everything is fine and undercontrol, verbally harrassed us. Shortly after we gave our 30 days notice but I want to warn other tenants. 2708 morley trail nw is the worst and scariest place to live. she tried to get past my roommate and we felt we were in danger. she may be mentally unbalanced because she screamed at us about her history being abused.
